1. Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners, including all major cities and most towns.
2. Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 1–3 days after your advance payment has been verified (and, for installment orders, your ID). Payments verified on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day, and deliveries to remote areas may occasionally take a little longer.
3. Delivery charges
Delivery is free anywhere in Pakistan. The remaining amount shown on your order page is the only amount you pay on delivery. Installment orders pay nothing on delivery — the monthly installments start one month later.
4. Tracking
As soon as your order ships you'll receive the courier name and tracking number by email, on your order page and in your account — plus an instant push notification if you've turned notifications on.
5. Check before you pay
- Make sure the outer package is sealed and undamaged.
- Open the parcel in front of the rider. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video.
- Check that the model, colour and storage match your order, that the phone box is brand new and sealed, and that the IMEI number on the box matches the phone (dial *#06#).
- When you're satisfied, pay the remaining amount shown on your order page on delivery.
- If anything isn't right, refuse the parcel, don't pay the remaining amount, and message us on WhatsApp. Your advance is refunded in full — see our Refund Policy.
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address with the remaining amount. The courier may ask for the Order ID or CNIC of the recipient.
6. What's in the box

7. Address changes
Need to change your delivery address? Message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID before your order is dispatched.
