- Identity verification (installment orders only): your name as on your CNIC, CNIC number, mobile number and photos of the front and back of your CNIC. These are used only to verify your identity for your installment plan and to manage that plan. They are stored privately, are accessible only to our authorised verification staff, and are never shared with advertising partners.
- Account information: your name, email, phone and a securely hashed password if you create an account.
- Usage information: pages visited, referring website or advertisement, device type, browser, operating system, approximate location (country) and IP address.
- Cookies: essential cookies keep you signed in, protect forms from misuse and remember your recently viewed orders. If enabled, advertising and analytics tools (such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics / Google Ads and TikTok Pixel) may set cookies to measure the performance of our ads. When you place an order we may also send these advertising partners a one-way encrypted (hashed) copy of your email and phone number with the order value, only so they can tell which ads led to orders — your actual email and phone cannot be read from it.

Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing. Payment slips are stored privately and are only accessible to you and our authorised staff. CNIC photos are stored privately and are only accessible to our authorised staff — they are never shown on your order page. The Website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections.
6. Your choices and rights
You can view and update your details from your account or by contacting us. You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. You can turn off push notifications from your browser settings at any time.
7. Children
The Website is intended for users aged 18 and above. Minors should place orders with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
